Tents – Check all in order
If you are thinking of bringing your own tent, make sure that you have everything you need for it and that the pegs are not missing. We’ve all heard stories of people just grabbing their tent from the back of the attic or shed and not checking that everything is intact, only to discover upon arrival that there are no pegs. Also, don’t forget your sleeping bag.

If you are thinking of investing in one, make sure you try and pick a colour that will easily help you get back to it…

Food and Drink – Keep Hydrated
Pack a cooler and some packed lunches. Anticipate to use at least a litre of water per day so make sure to bring plenty to spare as it can be expensive to buy small bottles there. Also, buying sandwiches is always a better and cheaper option than buying a burger for 10euros.

Safety – Keep your very valuables items at home

With thousands of people attending the different festivals, it is easy for items to get lost, misplaced or even stolen. If you would not be happy to loose it, then don’t bring it! Get to know your neighbours as this will reduce the risk of strangers getting at your stuff.

Distribute your cash in several places to minimise losing it all if something were to happen. Why not try this Secret Stash that will help you keep your valuables in a safe and secure spot that only you will know!

Driving to a festival may seem like the best option at the time but driving home after 3 days of partying can be really painful. Public transport is frequent, save yourself the hassle and enjoy your journey back to civilization.
